How to order your InterRail Pass online
InterRailNet.com is now offering its customers secure online ordering direct from the source. If your payment is received before 16:00 on a business day, your order will be processed the same day. We use secure shipping only. Standard shipping (delivery of your order within 5 business days after payment) to your house is free within Europe!
Steps in the order process:
- Select the InterRail Pass of your choice
We offer all InterRail Passes at the lowest possible price. All prices are in euro, and you will be billed in euro. Make sure you select the right class of travel.
- Enter your information in our secure Railkey environment
From www.interrailnet.com you will be forwarded to our secure environment called www.railkey.com. Your will be asked for a few personal details, which need to be filled in to continue the order process:
- Your passport number. This will be printed on your Pass. It is a requirement of the European Railways.
- The first day of travel. This is required to establish the period of validity of your Pass. It will be printed on your Pass.
- Your date of birth.
- Securely pay by credit card
InterRailNet.com accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and CartaSi. Furthermore real-time bank transfer is possible with GiroPay (Germany), iDeal (The Netherlands) and EPS (Austria).
All payments will be handled in a secure way by our secure partner GlobalCollect. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The site employs SSL via a digital certificate issued by Thawte.
- Order confirmation
After completing your payment with GlobalCollect, you will go back to our order system Railkey for a confirmation page. Once your payment is collected by us, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. In this confirmation email you will find your order number, which you can use for all communication with InterRailNet.Com. This confirmation email also includes your receipt and the phone number for after sales questions.
- Order processing
If your payment is received before 16:00 on a business day, your order will be processed the same day by the InterRail Fulfilment Centres. Payments received after 16:00 or during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Orders from the UK will be processed in our UK office, orders from all other countries will be processed in our secondary fulfilment office, which is located in Newton in the USA. In this fulfilment centre, we handle all orders for Eurail and InterRail passes, except for the UK. (Eurail is a product which is also offered by InterRailNet.Com to non-European travellers).
- Shipment of your order
We will ship your order on the day of processing. We use secure shipping only. This means that someone will have to sign for receipt of the package.
- Standard shipping costs: FREE (delivery of your order within 5 business days after payment)
- Express shipping cost: 35 EUR / 25 GBP (delivery of your order within 2 business days after payment)
