Free travel on CD Buses

InterRail pass holders can travel for free on buses operated by CD on routes not covered by rail.

The buses will be integrated in the timetable. Reservations are compulsory and free of charge when made in the Czech Republic.

Special fare on Expressbus Prague – Nuremberg or Munich (Germany)

The "Expressbus" EXB is a new non-stop motor coach service with a special fare for Eurail pass holders. It runs on two routes:

Prague to Nuremburg (Germany). There are 6 daily round trips in each direction, with a travel time of 3 hours and 50 minutes.
Prague to München (Germany). There are 4 daily round trips in each direction, with a travel time of 5 hours.

Tickets and service supplements can be bought at ticket windows in the Czech Republic and Germany. Service supplements are also available from the bus driver with limited availability and at a slightly higher fare.

Additional charges and conditions

Holders of an InterRail Global Pass, whose country of residence is not the Czech Republic or Germany, pay the service supplement "Pass":
- 1^st class: €15 / 2^nd class: €10.
Holders of an InterRail Global Pass, whose country of residence is Czech Republic or Germany, a reduced point-to-point ticket for the section of the country of residence up to the border point (Waidhaus Grenze) is compulsory which includes the reservation.
Holders of a InterRail Czech Republic Pass or InterRail Germany Pass: a regular fare point-to-point ticket for the section of the country, not included up to the border point (Waidhaus Grenze), is compulsory which includes the reservation.
All passengers on this motor coach are required to make a reservation.
Snacks and beverages available on board. For 1^st class travellers, snacks are included in the fare
There are 14 seats in 1^st class and 58 seats in 2^nd class on each coach.
