Booking information
Reservations for the ferry from Hoek van Holland tot Harwich can be made on the Stena Line website (enter 'INTERRAIL' in the 'Actie code'bow when chossing your travel dates). You will need to present your InterRail pass when boarding.

Conditions
Reservation for the ferry from Hoek van Holland to Harwich is compulsory and required in advance. For the other routes to and from Ireland, discounts can only be obtained on the day of departure at the ticket desk in the port.
Harwich's ferry terminal is located in walking distance of Harwich International Station.
The Fishguard ferry port can be reached by train.
Holyhead Railway Station (N-bound) is located in walking distance of the ferry port.
Cairnryan harbour can be reached by bus from Ayr train station.
The Liverpool ferry dock can be reached by train (destination New Brighton) from Liverpool Central Station. From New Brighton it's a short walk to the passenger terminal.
Travel between Great Britain and Ireland with Irish Ferries
Ferry between Great Britain and IrelandInterRail pass holders receive a 30% discount on foot passenger fares on the routes:
- Pembroke – Rosslare (Ireland)
- Holyhead – Dublin Ferryport (Ireland)
Booking information
In order to claim the discount, please make your booking at the Irish Ferries website and pay in full first. Then e-mail your booking reference number and your InterRail pass number to the company. The relevant discount will be applied to your booking and the discount will be refunded to your credit card. Please send the email to Irish Ferries at least five days before your outward travel date. You may be asked to show your InterRail pass when you check in for the sailing.

Set sail for the Netherlands with DFDS Seayways ferries
Ferry between Great Britain and the NetherlandsInterRail pass holders get a 25% discount on ferry crossings on the route:
- Newcastle – Amsterdam (Ijmuiden) (Netherlands)
Booking information
The discount is valid on all categories except the Commodere Class and is subject to availability.
Reservations can be made on the DFDS website.
From Newcastle Central Station buses can take you to the ferry terminal. The buses depart 2 hours 20 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes before each sailing.
Trains
Travel through Europe with Eurostar trains
Eurostar offers special prices for InterRail pass holders on the route:
- London St Pancras – Ebbsfleet International – Ashford – Lille (France) - Paris Nord (France)
- London St Pancras – Ebbsfleet International – Ashford – Brussels Midi (Belgium)
Booking information
InterRail pass holders pay £58 for a single or £100 for a return ticket. It is not possible to book the InterRail-discounted fares online.
