InterRail Pass changes in 2010

Price levels
In 2010 there will be no increase in the 2nd class Global Pass Adult and Youth euro prices! Most 2nd class One Country Passes also remain on the same price level. The prices for 1st class Passes will be slightly raised.
Senior discounts
On popular demand, a Senior discount range is added to the InterRail Global Pass. Travellers aged 60 and above receive a 10% discount on the adult fare for both 1st and 2nd class. The Senior discounts are only available for theGlobal Pass.
New 15 days validity
The InterRail Global Pass gets a new validity: the 15 days continuous Pass. This will bridge the gap between the existing 10 days and 22 days continuous Passes. It is available from €279 / approx. £255.
Valid in Northern Ireland
As of 2010, InterRail will be accepted on the complete isle of Ireland: not only in the Republic of Ireland, but in Northern Ireland as well. Both the InterRail Global Pass and the InterRail One Country Ireland Pass are accepted here. This means you now can travel with your Interail Pass between Dublin and Belfast!
New Pass benefits
As always, various new InterRail benefits have been added. Some examples:
- Discount on various ferries from Finnlines, between Finland, Sweden, Germany and Poland.
- Norfolkline also offers you a new benefit, discount on the ferry between Liverpool and Dublin / Belfast.
- Furthermore you will get 15% discount on over 200 audio city guides at All Audio Guides.
