France railway info
Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Nice. All these French cities are connected to the French rail network. Tasting wine in famous vineyards, hiking in the French Alps, enjoying local cuisine, all of it is possible with an InterRail Pass for France.

Railway company
The InterRail Global Pass and the One Country Pass is valid in trains of the national railway company SNCF.

Passes are also accepted on buses operated by SNCF on the routes Digne-St Auban/Veynes and Canfranc-Oloron.
Reservations in France
There are some domestic trains in France and international trains to France that require a reservation or supplement. You can make reservations during your trip at most international train stations.

French Rail Network
The French rail company, SNCF, provides direct service from most European countries using regular trains. The Eurostar service uses high-speed to connect Lille and Paris with London, the later via the Calais-Dover channel tunnel. The Thalys service uses high-speed TGV trains to connect Paris to Brussels and onward to cities in the Netherlands and Germany.
