Conditions Austria Switzerland Pass

The special InterRail Euro08 Austria Switzerland Pass can be used for travel in Austria and Switzerland during the months of May, June and July 2008. This Pass can be ordered by every person with a permanent residence in Europe, except for persons with a permanent residence in Austria and Switzerland and also Liechtenstein. The InterRail Austria Switzerland Pass will be sold from March 1st to June 30th 2008.

Validity

The InterRail Austria Switzerland Pass is a “flexible pass“. This means that you are free to choose the travelling days within the period of validity of the pass. You can choose from four different durations: 3 travel days in 1 month, 4 days in 1 month, 6 days in 1 month or 8 days in 1 month.

Where is the Pass valid?

Austria: in all trains of the ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railway) including the route Ebenfurth – Sopron operated by RoeEE (Railway Corporation of Raab-Oedenburg-Ebenfurth).

Switzerland: in all trains of the SBB (Swiss Federal Railway), as well as the following private railways:

  • BLS (Thun-Brig / Interlaken East, Berne – Neuchâtel, Solothurn – Burgdorf – Thun, Berne – Belp – Thun / Schwarzenburg, Spiez – Erlenbach – Zweisimmen, Solothurn . Moutier, Langenthal – Wohlhusen – Moutier)
  • FART (Ferrovie Autolinee Regionali Ticinesi),
  • MOB (Montreux – Oberland Bernois)
  • RhB (Rhaetian Railway)
  • SOB (Nesslau – Neu St.Johann – St.Gallen – Romanshorn, Arth Goldau – Biberbrugg – Rapperswil / Wädenswil / Einsiedeln)
  • SSIF (Società Subalpina di Imprese Ferroviarie)
  • THURBO (Konstanz – Will, Romanshorn – Schaffhausen)
