The Austria Switzerland Pass is a 'flexible pass'. This means that you are free to choose the travelling days within the period of validity of the pass. This Pass can be ordered by every person with a permanent residence in Europe, except for persons with a permanent residence in Austria and Switzerland and also Liechtenstein.
Validity of InterRail Pass
With the InterRail Austria Switzerland Pass you can travel in Austria in all trains of the ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railway), including the route Ebenfurth – Sopron operated by RoeEE. Conditions
- The InterRail Euro08 Austria Switzerland Adult Pass is available for individual or group travelers who are 26 or older on their first day of travel.
- The InterRail Euro08 Austria Switzerland Adult Pass is available in 1st and 2nd class.
- Children are entitled to a reduction of 50% on the price for adults in 1st or 2nd class.
- The child fare applies to children aged 4 up to and including 11 years of age on the first day of validity of the pass.
- Children under the age of 4 on their first day of travel, travel for free.
