How to order

It’s easy to order your InterRail pass securely online and receive it delivered safely to your door. Free shipping is available to 20 countries including the UK, France and Germany. Order up to three months before you plan to set out off on your InterRail trip.

Follow these simple steps:
 

1. Choose your InterRail pass:
   • InterRail Global Pass or InterRail One Country Pass.
   • Child, youth, adult or senior pass.
   • 1^st or 2^nd class for adult passes (child, youth and senior passes are always 2^nd class).
   • Pass validity (length of your trip and number of travel days, if applicable).
2. Add the pass(es) to the Shopping Cart
3. Go to Checkout
   • Select your pass preferences.
   • Choose shipping method: We offer FREE Budget Shipping to 20 countries. Use the shipping calculator to view the expected delivery date and shipping costs.
   • Pass Loss & Theft Cover of your pass is automatically selected (deselect the box if you prefer not to protect your pass).
   • Enter shipping details and billing details if different to shipping address.
   • Enter traveller details and the start date of your pass.
4. Review and confirm your order
5. Make your payment
   • Pay for your order using one of our secured payment methods.
6. Receive confirmations
   • Order confirmation – directly after you’ve ordered your pass. In this email you’ll find the login details of your account to check the order status and to make any changes to your personal details.
   • Payment confirmation – once your payment has been accepted.
   • Shipping confirmation – when we have shipped your pass. For Standard and Premium Shipping, you will also be sent a tracking number.
