Is it possible to change the name on my pass?

Changing travel companions

Sometimes your travel companions change after you’ve made an order. If your InterRail pass has not yet been printed, you can simply change the names of the travellers in your InterRailNet.Com account.

How can I check the status of my order?

Check your order status online

You can check the current status of your order in your InterRailNet.Com account. You can also change your personal details, delivery details and traveller names, if your passes have not yet been printed. Your order confirmation email contains the login details for your account.
