Kosovo train travel
No. Currently InterRail passes are not valid for train travel for the Kosovo rail network.
Current situation
In February 2008, Kosovo declared itself independent from Serbia. The Republic of Kosovo is now recognised by over 40 countries, but not recognised by various others, including Serbia.
In the past you could travel in the Kosovo area with the Global Pass and the Serbia Pass. Perhaps Kosovo will become part of the InterRail offer again in the future. We'll keep you posted.
Travelling in Kosovo by train
If you want to travel in Kosovo you can travel up to the border using your InterRail pass and then purchase separate tickets for all train travel within Kosovo.
